Role Purpose:
Support the Global Operations Transformation, Change Management team with global training projects related to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), including content development, curriculum planning, design, testing, and delivery.
Independent contributor on project teams- responsibilities may include developing content (interactive simulations and foundational decks), testing SCORM compliant content in the learning management system (LMS), planning and/or delivering classroom training, and other responsibilities as needed by the project team.
Travel Requirements:
Less than 10%
Hours of work/work schedule/flex-time:
Monday – Friday, standard business hours.
Required Education:
Candidates in their Sophomore or Junior year, pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Education, or similar degree program preferred, however other degree programs may be considered with experience.

Strong Communication Skills – verbal and written within remote environment

Starting pay for the successful applicant is prescribed based on geographic location, nature of position, and year in school.
