We are growing with the addition of a new location in Wellsboro, PA, expected to open late May or early June 2024.
We are currently accepting applications for Wellsboro positions and will begin hiring in the near future.
New hires will work for a limited time at the Pine City, NY location to learn our products and processes before opening the Wellsboro store.
We carry a variety of products including ATVs, SXSs, Motorcycles, Compact Tractors, Utility Trailers, Dump Trailers, Equipment Trailers, Cargo Trailer, and Car Trailers.
We are looking for a highly motivated General Manager to lead the new Wellsboro location.
The GM is responsible for overseeing all staff at this location, ensuring proper procedures are followed, accounting for money and inventory.
The GM is expected to assist customers in any aspect of the business as needed.
The GM is also expected to become an expert on all product lines carried and be able to support sales, parts, and service staff.
Pay is a base salary plus performance bonuses / profit sharing.

Essential Job Functions:
• Take the lead to promote a top-notch, high quality customer experience in all aspects of the dealership
• Generate ideas to exceed sales goals and demonstrate best revenue- generating practices to the team and organization
• Serve as a liaison between customers and all departments
• Stay on top of market trends, product changes, and current dealership inventory
• Participate in manufacturer training for product knowledge and industry regulations
• Be enthusiastic and have strong communication with customers, staff, and management
• Manage dealership expenses, budget, and inventory planning in conjunction with the dealership Principles
• Assist with basic lot and facility upkeep
Essential Job Skills:
• High school diploma or equivalent is required, college a plus
• 2+ years' experience in Dealership Management or Powersports Sales, or Trailers, Compact Tractors or other big ticket items (RVs, automotive, furniture, real estate, etc)
• Have strong motivational skills and ability to work independently and as a team
• Ability to professionally lead and motivate a team
• Professional appearance and demeanor necessary
• Provide excellent customer service by displaying enthusiasm and strong communication skills with customers, peers and management
• Strong computer skills
• Valid driver's license
• Approximatly 40 Hours per week.
Must be able to work Saturdays.
