Broad Acres is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants.
Due to our flexibility we looking for applicants interested in Full Time/Part time/weekend program employment opportunities.
Accepting applicatiions for 1st (5:45a - 2:15p), 2nd 1:45p - 10:15p) and 3rd (9:45p-6:15a).
WAGE:
If seeking full or part time employment wage is determined by number of years you have been a nurse aide and ranges from $15.
00 an hour to $21.
50.
If seeking strictly weekend program base wage is $17.
00/hour.
In addition to the above listed base wages Broad Acres also offers an extra $2.
00/hour shift differential for hours worked during 2nd shift (2p-10p) and $1.
00/hour shift differential for hours worked during 3rd shift (10p-6a).
The weekend program consists of the following:
Employees work every weekend and upon completion of both Saturday and Sundays complete shifts the employee will receive and extra $3.
00/hour in addition to the above mentioned base wages AND included shift differentials!
Weekend employees are entitled to 6 approved scheduled weekends off during the year.
Employee must work at least 8 hours on Saturday and 8 hours on Sunday to qualify for the weekend program.
Employee may also pick up extra hours on weekdays if the hours are available.
**$1,000 SIGN ON BONUS INCLUDED for full time employment**
Paid Vacation Time effective immediately at the time of hire (part time is pro-rated and per diem is not eligible)
Paid Sick Time after 6 months (part time is pro-rated and per diem is not eligible)
Paid Personal Time after 1 year (part time is pro-rated and per diem is not eligible)
Paid Holidays (paid double time if working holiday - paid straight time if part-time or full time and scheduled day off)

Nursing Assistant Under the supervision of the assigned LPN/LVN or RN Unit Supervisor, performs resident/patient care activities and related services necessary in caring for the personal needs, safety, and comfort of residents/patients as assigned.
