Must be able to work out doors
Must be friendly and courteous and strive for excellent customer service
Maintain park lawn, weed eating, picking up debris, leaf blowing
Site clean up: cleaning out fire pits, garbage removal
Deliver firewood, fill propane tanks
Must be able to drive a golf cart
Assist activities/recreation department when required for event set up and break down
Will need to become very familiar with campground layout, sites, lodging units, as well as the rules and regulations at the campground
Pressure washing buildings
Basic electrical and plumbing skills
Vacuuming pool
Trained to run park specific amenities
Basic regular maintenance: painting, changing a faucet, etc.
Should be able to lift 75 pounds
Maximum customer interaction, must be able to handle customer complaints and inquiries
Must have reliable transportation
Must be able to work weekends and holidays
Coordinate with any vendors or contractors for capital improvement projects or operational projects, lead by corporate
CPO certified desirable (Certified Pool Operator)
Licensed driver
Any required state licensing for amenities
Schedule staff for volume of park
Train staff in their duties
Will need to be knowledgeable in electric, plumbing and equipment operation
Will need good communication skills
Will need to deal with customer complaints and concerns
Assist hospitality manager in overseeing each department
Head up and hire security staff, train security staff
Maintenance on park equipment: weed eaters, mowers, tractors, etc
