Spine Care & Pain Management- Nurse Practitioner Specialty Care Exempt, Big Flats United Health Services is seeking a Spine Care & Pain Management- Nurse Practitioner Specialty Care Exempt to join our Pain Management Center department at Big Flats in Big Flats, NY.

Shift: All Shifts Hours per week: 40 Salary range: Depends on Experience Spine Care & Pain Management- Nurse Practitioner Specialty Care Exempt / Overview Our new Department of Spine Care & Pain Relief (formerly Pain Management) has an APP position available at UHS Wilson Place – 52 Harrison.
This is a full-time, exempt opportunity and we are seeking both experienced and new, motivated graduated Nurse Practitioners (NP) or Physician Assistants (PA) to join our team! The Provider will provide healthcare services primarily to patients experiencing spine and Musculo-skeleletal pain and injury in an outpatient clinic setting and within a multidisciplinary team that includes non-operative spine physicians, physical therapy, chiropractic care, and spine surgeons.
Job duties will include initial patient evaluation, ordering of appropriate diagnostic studies, medication management, follow-up care, and coordination of care within the healthcare continuum.
Board certified is required and must be eligible for a New York State license.
