Duties
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the service & shop department.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
- Coordinate and schedule service appointments to meet customer needs.
- Assign work orders to service technicians and monitor progress.
- Ordering Parts as needed from suppliers.
- Provide guidance and support to service technicians as needed
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets company standards
- Maintain accurate records of service orders, invoices, and customer interactions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in automotive service
Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive service management.
- Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics, repair, and maintenance procedures for diesel and automotive.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction.
- Ability to transmit technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
- Solid understanding of mechanical systems and components.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple priorities
- Proficient in using computer software for service writing and recordkeeping.
Also dianostic computers for repair.
-Attend all saftey meetings.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.
41 - $28.
19 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 43 per week
