*Janitorial Crew Supervisor- Part-Time*
Seeking a compassionate and motivated person to join our Janitorial Crew Team! Partners In Progress is a growing local non-profit dedicated to helping Individuals with disabilities succeed! As a Janitorial Crew Supervisor on our team, you’ll lead, mentor, support, collaborate, and empower Individuals with disabilities in our programs.
The Janitorial Crew Supervisor role provides on-the-job training, support, and guidance to Individuals with disabilities who are an integral part of our Janitorial Crew.
As a Crew Supervisor, you’ll be at the forefront of our mission, using an Agency van to transport your crew members and supplies to various cleaning sites across our local communities where you'll mentor, support, ensure quality, and work side by side with your team.
*Starting Rate*: $15.
00 per hour
*Benefits:* PTO; Holiday Pay; Employee Discounts; Employee Referral Bonus Pay; 401K eligibility at 1 yr
*Schedule* Primary schedule will be 4:00 - 8:00 pm, 4 nights a week with the option to pick up additional hours during the day if interested/available.
Options for 16-28 hours per week.
There may be an occassional Saturday shift.
The team rotates any weekend work if needed.
*Qualifications: *High School Diploma (or GED); Two (2) years of experience (including supervision) in custodial services preferred; Experience working in direct care with MH/ID population preferred; experience in Human Services preferred; *valid driver’s license with a satisfactory three (3) year driving history required*.
Satisfactory background checks required and will be conducted at time of hire.
