We are seeking an individual with a pioneering spirit, keen to make a significant impact in public service and community development for an innovative Town government in the Southern Tier region of Upstate New York.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Oversee planning, zoning, and community development.
- Coordinate with town boards, applicants, and the Town Engineer.
- Manage the Code Enforcement Department and public communications thereof.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
*Qualifications:*
- Advanced degree in Planning, Environmental Studies, Architecture, Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Professional experience in municipal, community, or regional planning.
- Strong organizational, communication skills, and proficiency in computer software.
The Salary Range is $85,000-$95,000.
