We are seeking an *experienced, qualified, creative, and innovative* Director with a genuine ability to lead by example, and the ability to transition the school to *success!* This candidate will oversee the daily operations and administration of the preschool.
This candidate should be experienced in the field of early childhood development and must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in running a successful early education childcare program.
You must be able to create a warm and joyful environment for the staff, students and families.
Students deserve the best early educational experience possible.
You must be able to communicate effectively and respectfully and be able to multi-task and meet deadlines, this is a must! *A Bachelor's Degree is required for this position, with a minimum of 1 year of Director experience.
The PA Director Credential is also required.

*Duties include but are not limited to:*
* Always maintains the highest level of professionalism.
* Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Always meets/exceeds NJ lisencing standards
* Works well under pressure.
* Have effective decision making and excellent organizational skills
* Hire and train new staff effectively and efficiently
* Create a community with emplouees
* Frequently checking in with staff
* Working on social media/marketing campaigns
* Setting up tours with families for enrollment
* Performing annual reviews with staff
* Ensuring the facilities are well maintained and cleaned according to state regulations
* Pre-K Counts Experience
* Understanding of NAEYC guidelines
* Guiding staff through Professional Development
* Sending out monthly newsletters and calendars
* Planning onsite events, shows and trips for the summer calendar
* Understanding, implementing, and training staff on Creative Curriculum
* Understanding basics of budgeting
* Overseeing and assisting the day-to-day operations of the center
* Increasing the school enrollment and revenue
* Working with our school technology programs/train staff
* Meeting with families daily
* Run Special Events for the school (eg: Open houses, STEM Events, Ice Cream Social)
* Programming (Procare, Procare Engagement App)

Candidates must uphold the vision and mission of the school with pride and ensure the preschool meets the relevant standards set by the State of PA.
