*Responsibilities*
· Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, customer service, and staff management
· Monitor and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring prompt and friendly service
· Develop and implement strategies to promote revenue growth and improve profitability
· Recruit, train, and supervise staff members to ensure a skilled and motivated team
· Handle guest concerns and complaints in a timely and effective manner
· Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant, adhering to health and safety regulations
· Create and maintain schedules for staff members to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
*Requirements*
· Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Strong leadership abilities and the ability to motivate and inspire a team
· Solid understanding of food and beverage operations, including food safety regulations
· Proficient in computer systems and software, including point-of-sale (POS) systems
· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure
· Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
