Seeking a part-time site manager for an elderly/disabled apartment complex in Pine City, NY.
The site manager is responsible for the day to day operation of the apartment complex’s management office.
You will be the first point of contact for both applicants and tenants and must relate well to people from all walks of life.
Successful applicants will be willing to take on daily challenges, provide excellent customer service, process financial paperwork in a timely and accurate manner and must be committed to caring about residents, applicants and the property.
Strong computer skills are required, including business specific computer applications, MS Office, Word, Excel and Outlook.
Strong math skills and organizational skills are essential.
Previous leasing experience and experience with regulated affordable housing is preferred but we are willing to train individual who like a challenge, bring commitment, dedication and a real willingness to adapt and learn.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.
00 - $18.
00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
