Summary of Responsibilities:
Under the general direction of the ACE Supervisor, this person works closely with the coordinator in facilitating day to day programming and providing instruction/supervision to the youth enrolled in the program.
Duties are conducted in accordance with all existing policies, procedures and regulations and in accord with the Mission and Values of the Company.
Essential Functions:
Provides supervision
Facilitate exciting outdoor activities and challenges including supporting the dirt bike program/WEP/Fairways
Foster teamwork, leadership, and personal growth through group orientated activities
Monitors contracts
Monitors behavioral modification program
Conducts overall program logistics
Administers immediate first aid
Provides transportation for youth
Completes required trainings
Reports progress and updates of youth
Mentor and support youth from diverse backgrounds
Create lasting memories in a dynamic summer camp environment

Education and Experience:
High school diploma and 12 semester credit hours in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, or other social science and two years direct care experience in public or private human services.
Employment Requirements:
Automobile and Valid Insurance, Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License and Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record Check, Act 33 and Act 34 Clearances, FBI Fingerprint Clearance, Social Security Card, Immigration and Naturalization (I-9), Drug Screening Clearance
Working Conditions:
This position is 85% outdoors in varied climates and terrains and requires a great deal of physical activity (ability to ride a minibike, participate in high and low ropes course activities, etc.
).
Provides transportation to Program Youth on a regular basis.
Travel throughout the assigned region may occur and may be in adverse weather conditions.
This position will be riding minibikes, instructing others how to ride minibikes, work on a high and low ropes course, swing a golf club, canoe, back pack, etc.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
