Child Care Worker

We are looking for a Child Care Assistant 9-6 0r 10-6 and Substitute with felxibilty of 8-6 to encourage the healthy intellectual and psychological growth of the children in our facilities.
You will teach and supervise them while also motivating them to use their mental capacities and exercise their imagination.
*Responsibilities* * Design and follow a full schedule of activities and tasks.
* Balance between logical and social exercises * Provide basic care and caregiving activities for children ages 0-12.
* Use a wide range of teaching methods (stories, media, indoor or outdoor games, drawing etc) to enhance the child’s abilities * Evaluate children’s performance to make sure they are on the right learning track * Remain in constant communication with parents and update them on the progress of their children * Observe children’s interactions and promote the healthy play, manners, interactive with children.
* Adhere with health and safety regulations as established by the official sources.
* Maintain a clean and safe environment.
*Skills* * Proven experience as a child care / daycare assistant * Excellent knowledge of child development or up-to-date education methods is a bonus! * Methodical and creative * Patience, flexibility and love for children is a MUST! * Strong communication and time management skills is a MUST! * Certificate in first aid and CPR will be required with first 3 months or as soon as possible.
* Training requirements will be required.
* Background check will be required before able to start.
* Must be very cleanly and have great personal hygiene.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $15.
00 - $18.
