This is a Field & Stream Maxx XL Boot and Shoe Dryer, they aren't available any longer but they work really well.
How do we know? We have 3 of these in total! Turns out we didn't really need that many and this one has never left its box so it's new although the box is looking a little rough.
This is not only great for winter boots and shoes but is also wonderful for kids sporting equipment, cleats, etc.
