As a Guthrie Primary Care provider, you play a critical role in caring for our patients in your office while collaborating with Guthrie Specialists through a strong referral network.

Full-time providers practice 36 patient-facing hours with 4 hours of dedicated administrative time

Comprehensive Compensation and Benefits
Base salary starting at $275,000 annually
Starting Bonus - $100,000
Medical school loan repayment - $150,000
Full benefits including medical, dental, and disability insurance
Guthrie Retirement Savings Plan (403B) with employer match and age-based contributions
Allowance for licensure fees Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) certificate and renewals
$10,000 referral bonus if you refer a physician that we hire on a full-time basis
Salary range - $232,000-$291,000
