Human Resources/Intranet Administrator: The Human Resources/Intranet Administrator primary functions are recruiting top talent for the organization as well as administrating the company intranet systems.
Responds to employee inquiries pertaining to policies and benefits.
Prepares a variety of reports for internal and external sources.
Is responsible for all administrative tasks pertaining to HR department functions.
Assists in the creation and implementation of effective documentation for the intranet systems.
This is an entry level position; however, compensation will be commensurate with experience.
JOB DUTIES: Recruit and interview applicants for job vacancies as assigned.
Check references, bondability, and criminal background on selected applicants.
Develops job opening announcements for recruitment agencies, Department of Labor, advertising publications, and internal employee notification.
Responds to applicants with an offer/rejection.
Coordinate on-boarding process with the applicable department and Training to quickly assimilate new hires into the company.
Prepare new employee orientation materials and update as needed.
Participate in conducting new employee orientation.
Maintain new hire, termination and transfer/promotion EEO logs and prepare annual EEO1, Affirmative Action and veterans reports.
Primary administrator and point of contact for team regarding First Heritage intranet and LMS systems.
works with various departments to update and creates effective documentation to be used within the First Heritage Intranet and LMS systems.
Also ensures current documentation is updated regularly and accurately.
Research and implement various ways to ensure both systems are relevant and used regularly with First Heritage team.
Provide administrative support for various HR duties, such as but not limited to, Affirmative Action plans, EEO1 and Vets 4212, invoice reconciliation, 401k and Profit share processing, logo wear orders.
Assists in department projects as assigned.
Assist team with HR questions from employees related to benefits and policy guidelines.
Attend Career Fairs as needed.
Works with local colleges and universities to promote and recruit potential candidates and interns.
Other duties as assigned.
Must comply with all company policies and procedures, applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control.
