IT Support Specialist: As an IT Support Specialist I at First Heritage FCU, you are responsible for purchasing, configuring, maintaining, and supporting desktop equipment, phones, and peripheral equipment at the Credit Union.
This includes application installation and support for Windows operating system, several applications, and security tools utilized at the desktop.
This position is in the primary help desk support queue for staff help desk calls and tickets opened.
JOB DUTIES: Performs various administrative tasks, Mailing collection related letters, Delinquent loan correspondence including calls and emails.
Distributes incoming and outgoing mail.
Works negative share accounts and loans for collection, Process card payments.
Provide IT Help Desk technical support and consultation to all employees in the use and operations of all supported hardware and software systems Purchase, setup, deploy and support all desktop PCs, laptops, and monitors Troubleshoot, install, and maintain other desktop hardware items such as printers, signature pads, scanners, thermal receipt printers, etc.

Support phone system desktop hardware and software, and phone deployments Support in implementing and utilizing Windows related programs including Microsoft 365 applications, Chrome, and many other applications utilized by staff Maintain employee user accounts and permissions in many application systems and portals Maintain accurate inventory and procedural documentation Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills necessary Ability to prioritize and organize multiple job responsibilities and multitask Familiarity with Windows Server environment, Active Directory and Group Policies Interface with the proper vendor support personnel when resolving operational tasks Monitor daily operational job automation, troubleshoot and remediate as needed Provide off hours on call support as needed/scheduled THIS JOB DESCRIPTION MAY NOT BE ALL-INCLUSIVE AND EMPLOYEES ARE EXPECTED TO PERFORM ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED AND DIRECTED BY MANAGEMENT.

Must be able to routinely perform work on computer for an average of 6-8 hours per day, when necessary.
Must be able to work extended hours whenever required or requested by management.
Must be capable of regular, reliable and timely attendance.
