Assist in monitoring and administration of deposit accounts and services, verifying internal non-lending related operating procedures through maintenance reports, ensuring the branches are complying with laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, training sessions, and events as directed by the Branch Operations & Security Officer and Specialists.
Maintain organized records of branch-related activities and communications.
Collect, consolidate, and analyze data from various branch reports and security measures, ensuring timely submission of required reports.
Assist in the coordination of branch audits, risk assessments, and compliance reviews.
Assist in research and handling of customer problems in an accurate, timely and professional manner.
Serve as a liaison between branches, the Branch Operations & Security Officer and Specialists, and other relevant departments.
Assist in the implementation of new policies, procedures, and security measures, by effectively communicating changes and developing and implementing operational training materials for branch staff.
Support the Branch Operations & Security Officer and Specialists in the execution of special projects aimed at improving branch efficiency, security, and customer experience.
HOURS will average approximately 40 per week.
This position is budgeted for 2,080 hours per year.
Two to three years of administrative or coordination experience, preferably in a banking or financial services environment.
Strong organizational, time management, problem prevention and problem-solving skills.
Ability to convey detailed information and instructions clearly.
Ability to proficiently use a personal computer and applicable software (Word, Excel, Power Point).
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Highly developed interpersonal skills and professional attitude.
Familiarity with features and benefits of bank products and services.
General knowledge and understanding of bank related and security related laws and regulations with non-lending service.
Availability to travel within the branch network.
Bachelor’s degree in business or banking, or equivalent educational experience.
(preferred) Position-related AIB and other specialized educational courses.
