*Duties* - Manage and oversee daily office operations - Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings - Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional manner - Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department - Assist with event planning and coordination - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages - Perform general clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents - Manage front office activities, including welcoming guests and providing assistance *Qualifications* - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficient in computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Please note that only qualified candidates will be contacted for an interview.
