Water Heater Tank

This is an Aqua Plus Series 2 Indirect-Fired Water Heater that we had installed in 2022.
It works but had a leak that we just couldn't stop, and since it was under warranty we replaced it with a new one.
I just want to get rid of this now, you can either try to fix it or scrap it.
If you want this, you MUST be able to carry it up a flight of stairs although to be honest it's not crazy heavy.
